    The teaser of Julia Roberts’ Leave The World Behind is finally out now and the apocalyptic flick is based on the novel of the same name by Rumaan Alam. The movie also stars Mahershala Ali, Ethan Hawke, Kevin Bacon and others. It will be streaming on the OTT streaming platform Netflix.

    What is the Leave The World Behind teaser all about

    Talking about the same, the teaser opens with Amanda (Julia Roberts) and Clay (Ethan Hawke), a couple who are suddenly visited by a mysterious man named GH (Mahershala Ali) and his daughter Ruth (Myha'la Herrold). When enquired about the purpose of the visit, GH says, “In my line of work you have to understand the patterns that govern the world." The couple soon sees the news of a massive cyberattack on the US and experiences unnatural activities around them that threaten to destroy the world. Take a look at the teaser.

    Leave The World Behind has been directed by Sam Esmail. The main synopsis of the movie reads, “A family’s vacation is upended when two strangers arrive at night, seeking refuge from a cyberattack that grows more terrifying by the minute, forcing everyone to come to terms with their places in a collapsing world." While the movie has been produced by Julia Roberts, former US President Barrack Obama and his wife Michelle executively produced the movie.
