Rajinikanth likely to romance Anushka Shetty in his next

The news has surfaced that filmmaker K.S. Ravikumar is planning to rope in megastar Rajinikanth and actress Anushka Shetty for his untitled next. The maker has even approached the two for his flick. Earlier, the news was doing rounds for Rajini Sir only, but now the latest development has scooped that Anushka may appear as superstar’s love interest in the movie.

An insider informed, “Yes, Anushka has been approached to work with Rajinikanth. Talks are on with her though she has not been finalized for the film. If she signs the project, she will start shooting for the film from June. From Anushka's side, she is very keen on accepting the offer. The only thing that could stop her from taking up the project could be date issues.”

The news piece has not yet been confirmed either from the maker or from the actors. At present, both Rajinikanth and Anushka are pretty busy in working for their respective upcoming projects. The veteran is promoting his next, Kochadaiiyaan (April 11) and the actress is shooting for Rudhramadevi and Baahubali.
