    Oppenheimer claimed the title of Best Picture at the 2024 Oscars, presented on Sunday night. The film triumphed with a total of seven awards: Christopher Nolan secured Best Director, Cillian Murphy earned Best Actor, and Robert Downey Jr. received Best Supporting Actor. Additionally, the film garnered accolades for Best Cinematography, Best Original Score, and Best Film Editing.

    In a surprising turn of events, Emma Stone secured the Best Actress award for her role in Poor Things, which also claimed three wins for Best Costume Design, Production Design, and Makeup and Hairstyling.
